Due to the NASCAR Chicago Street Race on July 5 - 6, and related events, there will be rolling street closures and traffic congestion June 19 - July 7.

Jaclyn Novak is an advanced practice nurse specializing in the treatment and care of hospitalized children undergoing general surgery procedures for various acute and chronic conditions. She provides and coordinates patient care for inpatient surgical patients and patients with traumatic injuries.
